Run Bitch Run Poster

The brief for this poster was to make a poster about anything on your route to and from campus. Show it in an interesting way that makes people understand and/or feel what you are telling. Experiment with ways of showing what you want.

Instead of literally showing an element of my route to campus, I decided to show a feeling. A feeling every student has had, and I have too often: having to rush to campus because I’m late. This feeling gave the idea for the metaphor: Run Bitch Run, while the metro doors are closing. Feeling like the metro is making fun of you for being late again.

The background is made from a picture I took when the metro doors closed in my face, just before I could get on.
